Founded in 2004, Martin M. Brennan, Jr. saw a need for quality affordable legal services to meet the ever increasing needs of the residents of northern Mecklenburg county.  The demographic growth surrounding the Lake Norman area presented an opportunity and need to offer expert legal services to families and individuals faced with making decisions surrounding their present and future lives through estate planning. 

In addition, as the Lake Norman area grew, so did businesses and their need for qualified competent represenation.  Mr. Brennan's goal was to bring his experience to the area to help local business owners faced with the legal challenges presented to them.  

Following a successful career with many years of legal experience,    Martin M. Brennan, Jr., decided to form his own firm in order to meet the ever increasing need for legal services in the Northern Charlotte region. 

Brennan Law Firm, PLLC, was formed in 2004.
